This book is for anyone who means business about their health. Not only is it very educational it clearly walks you down a path of what kinds of sugar there are in the world BUT also the health community is eating... The so called "healthy" snacks we all think we are doing so well with-in our kids lunch boxes and snacks. Things like fruit juices and health bars etc... I mean they are healthy aren't they???
